This page summarizes the most important payment and cancellation conditions applied to all Sunraa Tours bookings.

Secure Payments

All online payments are securely processed via Trekksoft AG. Charges will appear as TREKKSOFT*TOUR BOOKING on your card statement.

Payment Confirmation

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Unsuccessful or reversed payments will automatically cancel the reservation.

Free Cancellation

Day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Group bookings (more than 10 persons) and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. No refunds apply for no-show cases.
