This policy explains payment terms, cancellation conditions, refunds, and responsibilities related to your booking.
Payment
Credit card payments are collected by Trekksoft AG acting as an authorized agent. Charges will appear as TREKKSOFT*TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement.
Payment Terms
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is declined or charged back, the buyer forfeits ownership of purchased services.
Optional Tours
Optional visits such as the Mummies Room, entry inside the pyramids, or Tutankhamun Tomb are not included unless stated during booking and are paid directly by the customer.
Cancellation Policy (Normal Day Tours)
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Group Bookings
Cancellations for groups of more than 10 persons are non-refundable due to advance reservation requirements.
Tours Including Flights or Hotels
Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations made more than 40 days before departure are subject to a 6% bank transaction fee.
Cancellation Charges
30–15 days: 25% • 14–7 days: 50% • 7–4 days: 75% • 3–1 days: 100%
Domestic Flights
Domestic flight cancellation fees are subject to airline policies.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. No refunds for no-shows.
